HomeMy WebLinkAbout1989-033 CCRMember Todd Paulson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, THE BROOKLYN CENTER LIONS CLUB has presented the City a gift of six thousand dollars ($6,000) and has designated that it be used to purchase a puppet wagon to be used in the City's park programs; and WHEREAS, the City Council is appreciative of the gift and commends the Brooklyn Center Lions Club for its civic efforts: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center to acknowledge the gift with gratitude; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the gift of $6,000 be appropriated to the Recreation and Parks Administration Capital Outlay Budget to be used to purchase a puppet wagon for the City's park programs.
