HomeMy WebLinkAbout1989-088 CCR1 Member Celia Scott introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, Section 7.09 of the City Charter of the City of Brooklyn Center does provide for a contingency appropriation as a part of the General Fund Budget, and further provides that the contingency appropriation may be transferred to any other appropriation by the City Council; and WHEREAS, in the 1987 and 1988 Budget the City Manager appropriations for computer software for the Fire Department; and WHEREAS, IN 1987 and 1988 software which met the City's was not available; and WHEREAS, it has been determined that Data Age software available that meets the City's requirements. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council Brooklyn Center, Minnesota: 1. That the 1989 General Fund Budget be amended as follows: 2. That the software proposal submitted by Data Age Solutions, Inc. is hereby accepted and ap roved.
