HomeMy WebLinkAbout1988-039 CCR1 1 Member Bill Hawes introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 88 -39 RESOLUTION DECLARING SURPLUS PROPERTY BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center that four General Electric Radios, one 1958 Malsbury #250 Steamer, one 1960 Gallion Steel Roller, one Standard 5 -165 Tar Kettle and one 1971 Gill Grass Seeder are hereby declared surplus property, and the City Council authorizes disposal of the same in the best way possible. March 14, 1988 D to ATTEST:, Clerk Mayor %y The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Rich Theis and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Dean Nyquist, Gene Lhotka, Celia Scott, Bill Hawes, and Rich Theis; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
