RESOLUTION NO. 88 -52
introduced the following
RESOLUTION APPOINTING GERALD SPLINTER AS ALTERNATE TO
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE NORTHWEST HENNEPIN HUMAN
SERVICES COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the City of Brooklyn Center entered into a
joint and cooperative agreement with 13 other communities to form
the Northwest Hennepin Human Services Council on December 8,
1975; and
WHEREAS,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Brooklyn Center that City Manager Gerald Splinter be
appointed to represent the City of Brooklyn Center as alternate
on the board of directors of the Northwest Hennepin Human
Services Council.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by member Bill Hawes and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Dean Nyquist,
Gene Lhotka, Celia Scott, and Bill Hawes;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
