HomeMy WebLinkAbout1988-116 CCR1 Member Celia Scott introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: ATTEST: July 11, 1988 Date C ))—(2 Clerk RESOLUTION NO. 88 116 RESOLUTION APPROVING A LIMITED USE PERMIT FROM THE STATE OF MINNESOTA FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A BIKEWAY WITHIN THE RIGHTS -OF -WAY OF T.H. 100 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center that the City hereby accepts and approves a Limited Use Permit from the Minnesota Department of Transportation to construct and maintain a bike and pedestrian trail along the southeasterly right -of -way of Trunk Highway 100 in Brooklyn Center from Shingle Creek to County State Aid Highway 10. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that proper City Officers are hereby authorized to execute such permit. Mayo The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Bill Hawes and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Dean Nyquist, Gene Lhotka, Celia Scott, Bill Hawes, and Rich Theis; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
