ATTEST:
RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR ITEMS RELATING TO THE
REDESIGNATION OF THE SOCIAL HALL AS CONSTITUTION HALL
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Brooklyn Center,
Minnesota, that appropriations are hereby transferred from the unallocated
Departmental Contingency Account to the Community Center Capital Outlay Account
to cover the following expenses relating to redesignation of the Social Hall at
the Brooklyn Center Community Center as "Constitution Hall
Furnish and Install 12 foot diameter
emblem "We The People" $6,265.00
Furnish and Install "Constitution Hall"
signs above entrance doors to hall
Furnish and Install Display Case for
documents relating to constitution

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
member Gene Lhotka and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Dean Nyquist, Gene Lhotka, Celia Scott, Bill Hawes,
and Rich Theis;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
