HomeMy WebLinkAbout1987-251 CCR1 1 Member Gene Lhotka resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87 -251 introduced the following RESOLUTION EXPRESSING RECOGNITION OF AND APPRECIATION FOR THE DEDICATED PUBLIC SERVICE OF BILL ELDRIDGE WHEREAS, Bill Eldridge has served as a member of the Brooklyn Center Earle Brown Farm Committee since 1984; and WHEREAS, he served as president of the Brooklyn Center Chamber of Commerce for the 1985 -1986 term and as its past president for the 1986 -1987 term; and WHEREAS, his public service and civic effort for the betterment of the community merit the gratitude of the citizens of Brooklyn Center; and WHEREAS, it is highly appropriate that his service to the community should be recognized and expressed. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center that the dedicated public service of Bill Eldridge is hereby recognized and appreciated by the City of Brooklyn Center.
