HomeMy WebLinkAbout1986-063 CCRMember Celia Scott introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86 -63 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH FUNK ANIMAL HOSPITAL FOR CARE OF IMPOUNDED ANIMALS BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with Funk Animal Hospital, 7805 Jolly Lane, Brooklyn Park, Minnesota for the care of impounded animals from the City of Brooklyn Center. j April 21, 1986 Date Mayor ATTEST �-X� X Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Bill Hawes and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Dean Nyquist, Gene Lhotka, Celia Scott, Bill Hawes, and Rich Theis; and the folowing voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
