HomeMy WebLinkAbout1986-105 CCRMember Gene Lhotka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 86 -105 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON 69TH AND 70TH AVENUE NORTH BETWEEN CAMDEN AVENUE NORTH AND DUPONT AVENUE NORTH WHEREAS, the City has prepared plans for the construction and reconstruction of 69th Avenue North and 70th Avenue North between Camden Avenue North and Dupont Avenue North utilizing Municipal State Aid funds (M.S.A.P. 109- 125 -02); and WHEREAS, said plans specify reconstruction of said segments to widths that Municipal State Aid Rules require total prohibition of parking on each of said segments: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota that, effective upon completion of the above specified segment: 1. "No Parking Anytime" regulations are hereby approved and posted on both sides of 69th Avenue North and 70th Avenue North between Camden Avenue North and Dupont Avenue North. 1 Julv 14, 1986 Date ATTEST: 1 1 t `n Clerk Mayor' The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Rich Theis and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Dean Nyquist, Gene Lhotka, Celia Scott, Bill Hawes, and Rich Theis; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
