RESOLUTION NO 85
RESOLUTION AMENDING THE PERSONNEL REIMBURSEMENT POLICY WITHIN
THE BROOKLYN CENTER EMPLOYEE POSITION CLASSIFICATION PLAN
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center,
Minnesota, that Schedule K, 1985 Personnel Expense Reimbursement Policy, as
set forth in the Brooklyn Center Employee Position Classification Plan, be
amended by changing the mileage reimbursement for personal automobiles, as
set forth in items 6 and 9, from 21� per mile to 20.5 per mile.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
member Rich Theis and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Dean Nyquist, Celia Scott, Bill Hawes, and
Rich Theis;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
