HomeMy WebLinkAbout1985-072 CCRMember Gene Lhotka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 85 -72 RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1985 GENERAL FUND BUDGET, AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM COUNCIL CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT AND AUTHORIZING DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS FROM CITY'S LIQUOR FUND BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center that: 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized to transfer the amount of $1,030 from the Council Contingency Account to the Police Department Salaries of Overtime Employees Account (4112) for use in providing additional police security at the Earle Brown Days Parade. 2. The Finance Director is hereby authorized to disburse the amount of $3,500 from the City's Liquor Fund for use in payment for the fireworks display in conjunction with the Earle Brown Days celebration. 1 May 6, 1985 Date ee ATTEST: v The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Celia Scott and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Dean Nyquist, Gene Lhotka, Celia Scott, Bill Hawes, and Rich Theis; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
