RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR ONE(1)
14 FOOT ALUMINUM STEP VAN
WHEREAS, written quotations were accepted for the purchase of one
(1) 14 Foot Aluminum Step Van.
WHEREAS, the quotations received were as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Brooklyn Center that the quotation for One (1) 14 Foot Aluminum Step Van
from Superior Ford in the amount of $19,314 is hereby accepted and the City
Manager is hereby authorized to contract for the purchase of the Step Van
in the amount of $19,314 from Superior Ford.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by member Bill Hawes and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Dean Nyquist, Celia Scott, Bill Hawes, and Rich Theis;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
