RESOLUTION N0. 84 170
RESOLUTION REGARDING CANVASS OF NOVEMBER 5, 1984 CITY ELECTION
BE IT RESOLVED that it is hereby determined upon official canvass
that William H. Hawes and Richard C. Theis are declared to be the successful
candidates for the office of City Councilmember of the City of Brooklyn Center.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by member Celia Scott and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Dean Nyqui.st, Gene Lhotka, Celia Scott, Bill Hawes,
and Rich Theis;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
