HomeMy WebLinkAbout1984-117 CCRMember Bill Hawes introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84 -117 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN CROMER MANAGEMENT, INCORPORATED AND THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER FOR AN EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM that: ATTEST BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center 1. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Cromer Management, Incorporated to provide an Employee Assistance Program for permanent full -time City employees and their dependents and household members. 2. The cost of the Employee Assistance Program shall not exceed $1,750 for the 1984 -1985 contract period. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Gene Lhotka and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Dean Nyquist, Gene Lhotka, Celia Scott, Bill Hawes, and Rich Theis; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
