HomeMy WebLinkAbout1982-093 CCR Member Celia Scott introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 82 -93 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GIFT OF A LITTLE LEAF LINDEN AND A SUGAR MAPLE TREE FOR THE ARBORETUM FROM DISTRICT 5, CAMP FIRE WHEREAS, the District 5, Camp Fire, has presented the City with a gift of a Little Leaf Linden and a Sugar Maple tree which have been planted in the Arboretum; and WHEREAS, the City Council is appreciative of the gift and commends the District 5, Camp Fire, for their efforts. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center to acknowledge the gift with gratitude. May 24, 1982 Date Mayor,. ATTEST: j 4 lerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Bill Hawes and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Dean Nyquist, Gene Lhotka, Celia Scott, Bill Hawes, and Rich Theis; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
