HomeMy WebLinkAbout1982-112 CCR Member Celia Scott introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: III RESOLUTION NO. 82 -112 RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT NO. 1957 BETWEEN THE STATE OF MINNESOTA, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER, PROVIDING FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND ELECTRIC ENERGY FOR STREET LIGHTING SYSTEMS OVER I -94 ON THE 53RD AVENUE AND 57TH AVENUE BRIDGES BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Brooklyn Center enter into an agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes, to -wit: To provide certain maintenance and electric energy for 7 -200 watt high pressure sodium lighting units over Trunk Highway 94 at 53rd Avenue North and 57th Avenue North in the City of Brooklyn Center, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth and contained in the Agreement, a copy of which was before the Council. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officers be and hereby are authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the City all of the contractual obligations contained therein.
