Member Bill Fignar introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption: I
RESOLUTION NO. 81 -151
III RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING EXERCISE STATION IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT NO. 1981 -25
WHEREAS, the City Council has received a financial donation for
the purchase of exercise apparatus at exercise stations along the Central Park/
Garden City Pedestrian trail; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it in the best interests of the City
to provide said exercise stations along said trail.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Brooklyn Center, Minnesota that:
1. The following project is established in order to provide for
said improvement:
Project 1981 -25: Exercise Station Improvement Project
2. The accounting for said improvement will be done in the Capital
Improvement Fund.

The motion for we adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
member Celia Scott and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Dean Nyquist, Tony Kuefler, Bill Fignar, Gene
Lhotka, and Celia Scott;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted
