and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81 -161
Ill RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1981 -20 (FREEWAY BOULEVARD)
BE IT RESCUED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER,
MINNESOTA:
1. A hearing shall be held on the 14th day of September, 1981, in the
City Hall at 8:00 P.M. to pass upon the proposed assessments for
the following improvements:
Storm Sewer Improvement Project No. 1981 -20
at such time and place all persons awning property affected by such
improvements will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference
to such assessments.
2. The City Clerk is directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the
proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper
at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shall state in the
notice the total cost of the improvement.
3. The City Clerk shall cause mailed notice to be given to the owner
of each parcel described in the assessment roll not less
than two weeks prior to the hearing.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
der Tony Kuefler and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Dean Nyquist, Tony Kuefler, Bill Fignar, Gene
Lhotka, and Celia Scott;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
