RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR BROOKLYN CENTER MUNICIPAL
LIQUOR STORE #2 REMODELING
WHEREAS, The City Manager and City Clerk have reported that on
July 14, 1981 at 11:00 a.m., they opened and tabulated bids received for
the Brooklyn Center Municipal Store #2 (63rd and Brooklyn Boulevard)
Remodeling, and that said bids were as follows:

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Brooklyn Center that the bid of G.G. Kranz and Sons, Inc. for the remodeling
of Liquor Store #2 in the amount of $25,600 is deemed to be the best bid
submitted by a responsible bidder and said bid is hereby accepted.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
member Gene Lhotka and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Dean Nyquist, Tony Kuefler, Bill Fignar, Gene Lhotka,
and Celia Scott;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
