and moved its adoption:
RESOIIJTION NO. 81 -210
RESOLUTION CERTIFYING APPRAISAL VALUES FOR EASEMENTS FOR

PEDFSTRIAN /BICYCLE TRAIIWAY
WHEREAS, the City of Brooklyn Center desires to obtain easements
for the construction of a pedestrian and bicycle trailway through the Brook
dale Shopping Center; and
WHEREAS, Peter Koole, the City Assessor, is a qualified appraiser,
and he has appraised the value of the easements as follows:
Easement No. 1A: 796.95
Easement No. 1B: $2,670.30
Easement No. 2: 899.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of
Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, that:
1. the following amounts are hereby certified as the appraised
value for said easements:
Easement No. 1A: 796.95
Easement No. 1B: $2,670.30
Easement No. 2: 899.00
2. the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to conduct
negotiations for the acquisition of said easements according to
current Federal and State regulations regarding Relocation
Assistance and Real Property i.quisition.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
member Tony Kuefler and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Dean Nyquist, Tony Kuefler, Bill Fignar,
Gene Lhotka, and Celia Scott;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
