and moved its adoption:
II/ RESOLUTION NO. 80 -215
RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 80 -16 RELATIVE TO CIVIC
CENTER ACCESS IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 1980 -04
W}IRE'AS, on January 7, 1980, the City Council did establish in
Resolution No. 80 -16 Civic Center Access Project No. 1980 -04; and
WHEREAS, it was intended that the connection road between the
north and south parking lots of the Civic Center complex be part of said
project such that a complete access system would be constructed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the description of the project
as worded in Resolution No. 80 -16 be amended as follows:
1980 -04: CIVIC CENTER ACCESS
Reconstruction of the northernmost drive to the Civic Center
complex and construction of a connection road between the north
and south parking lots of the complex, including grading, drain-
age, base, bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter, and
concrete drive apron construction.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
member Bill Fignar and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Dean Nyquist, Tony Kuefler, Bill Fignar, Gene Lhotka,
and Celia Scott;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
