HomeMy WebLinkAbout1980-257 CCR Member Tony Kuefler introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80 -257 RESOLUTION AMENDING SANITARY SEWER RATE SCHEDULE FOR THE ELDERLY 1 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER that Resolution No. 80 -214 is hereby amended by changing the definition of "Elderly to read as follows: For elderly residents with the head of household or spouse 62 years of age or older and a maximum of 2 persons in the household. The maximum limitation of 2 persons in the household may be exceeded by any additional persons who are at least 62 years of age or who are disabled. Persons meeting the above requirements shall fi1F with the City an affidavit approved by the City. Such affidavit shall be filed between September 1st and December 31st of the year preceeding. October 20, 1980 tP Date Ma, ATTEST: erk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Gene Lhotka and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Dean Nyquist, Tony Kuefler, Gene Lhotka, and Celia Scott; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
