HomeMy WebLinkAbout1980-264 CCR Member Bill Fignar introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO.80 -264 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR ONE (1) 7 -GANG TRACTOR MOWER WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation and the Superintendent of Streets have reported that on October 27, 1980 at 11:00 a.m. they opened and tabulated bids received for furnishing one (1) 7 -gang tractor mower and that said bids were as follows: TOTAL BID PRICE R. L. Gould Company $23,733.00 Minnesota Toro, Inc. 23,876.00 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center that the bid of Minnesota Toro, Inc. for the furnishing and delivery of one (1) 7 -gang tractor mower, in accordance with the specifications,is deemed to be the best bid submitted by a responsible bidder and said bid is hereby accepte November 3, 1980 Date Mayor j ATTEST: W C 4 rk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Tony Kuefler and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Dean Nyquist, Tony Kuefler, Bill Fignar, Gene Lhotka, and Celia Scott; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
