HomeMy WebLinkAbout1981-058 CCRMember Gene Lhotka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81 -58 RESOLUTION EXPRESSING RECOGNITION OF AND APPRECIATION FOR THE DEDICATED PUBLIC SERVICE OF CHRIS WHITE WHEREAS, Chris White served the City of Brooklyn Center for sixteen years as an employee in the Park Department since March 8, 1965; and WHEREAS, he retired from Public Service on February 27, 1981; and ,WHEREAS, his devotion to the tasks and responsibilities associated with his position contributed substantially to the sound progress and develop- ment of the City; and WHEREAS, his public service and civic effort for the betterment of the community merit the gratitude of the citizens of Brooklyn Center. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center that the dedicated public service of Chris White is recognized and appreciated by the City of Brooklyn Center and that the City wishes him a long and happy retirement.
