RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION OF EARLE BROWN DRIVE IMPRM NIENTq:
WATRZL IN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 1981 -05, SANITARY SEWER IMPROVIl`=
PROJECT 1981 -06, STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 1981 -07, PND
STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 1981 -08
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 81 -69 adopted by the City Cbuncil of the City
of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota on March 23, 1981 fixed a date for a public hearing
on the proposed improvement of Earle Brown Drive by installation of watermain,
sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements- and
W]EREAS, ten days' published notice on the hearing through two weekly
publications of the required notice was given, and the hearing was held thereon
on April 20, 1981, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an
opportunity to be heard thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, that such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed
in Resolution No. 81 -69.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
member Gene Lhotka and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow-
ing voted in favor thereof: Dean Nyquist, Tony Kuefler, Bill Fignar, Gene Lhotka,
and Celia Scott;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
