HomeMy WebLinkAbout1981-101 CCRMember Celia Scott introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81 -101 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGRFTMENT FOR SOIL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR PROJECT 1980 -06: PEDESTRIAN /BICYCLE BRIDGE ACROSS T.H. 100 AT SHINGLE CREEK 1 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute an agreement for soil engineering services for Project No. 1980 -06 (Pedestrian /Bikeway Bridge Across T.H. 100 at Shingle Creek) with the Soil Exploration Cbrpany in accordance with their proposal dated May 1, 1981. The fee for said services shall not exceed $2,500 without additional authorization by the City. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the amount of $2,500.00 is hereby appro- priated to Project No. 1980 -06 for payment of said services from the Municipal State Aid Fund, Account No. 2611. May 18, 1981 Date ATTEST: �_lk Ma yor 0 The motion for the adoption of the forecping resolution was duly seconded by menber Bill Fignar and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof Dean Nyquist, Bill Fignar, Gene Lhotka, and Celia Scott and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. 1
