HomeMy WebLinkAbout1981-035 CCRMember Bill Fignar introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81 -35 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR SELF PROPELLED LINE MARKING MACHINE WHEREAS, the City Manager and City Clerk have reported that on January 22, 1981 at 11:00 a.m., they opened and tabulated bids received for the self- propelled line marking machine, and that said bids were as follows: Bidder Bid MacQueen $18,683.00 trade -in 2,350.00 $16,333.00 Ruffridge Johnson $17,437.00 trade -in 1,718.00 $15,716.00 i NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center that the bid of Ruffridge Johnson for the self propelled line marking machine in the amount of $15,716.00 is deemed to be the best bid sub- mitted by a responsible bidder and said bid is hereby accepted. January 26, 1981 4 Date May ATTEST: r /�vyr� Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Tony Kuefler and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Dean Nyquist, Tony Kuefler, Bill Fignar, Gene Lhotka, and Celia Scott; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
