HomeMy WebLinkAbout1981-044 CCRMember Gene Lhotka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81 -44 RESOLUTION EXPRESSING RECOGNITION OF AND APPRECIATION FOR THE DEDICATED PUBLIC SERVICE OF MR. DANIEL ERICKSON WHEREAS, Mr. Daniel Erickson served as a member of the Planning Commission from January 22, 1979 through December, 1980; and WHEREAS, his devotion to the tasks and responsibilities of this Commission contributed substantially to the sound progress and development of the City; and WHEREAS, his public service and civic effort for the betterment of the community merit the gratitude of the citizens of Brooklyn Center: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center that: The dedicated public service of Mr. Daniel Erickson as a member of the Planning Commission and citizen, is recognized and appreciated by the City of Brooklyn Center. February 9, 1981 Date May r ATTEST: C`1 'er k The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Tony Kuefler and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Dean Nyquist, Tony Kuefler, Bill Fignar, Gene Lhotka, and Celia Scott; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
