HomeMy WebLinkAbout1980-075 CCRLJ der Bill Fignar and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. introduced the following resolution 80 -75 WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to initiate Pedestrian /Bikeway Bridge Improvement Project No. 1980 -06. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, to direct the City Engineer to prepare a Project Development Report and preliminary plans for said improvement project described as follows: 1980 -06 Pedestrian/Bikeway Bridge 1 Across T.H. 100 from Lion's Park area to Brookdale area. March 24, 1980 Date yor ATTEST: Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Gene Lhotka and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Dean Nyquist, Tony Kuefler, Bill Fignar, Gene Lhotka, and Celia Scott; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
