HomeMy WebLinkAbout1980-081 CCRMember Bill Fignar introduced the following resolution and rroved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80 -81 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SHINGLE CREEK TRAILWAY PART II I'MPIUVEMM PROJECT NO. 1980 10 AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to initiate Shingle Creek Trailways (Part II) Improvement Project No. 1980 -10 to comprehend Phase II of the development of the Shingle Creek Trailway. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, to direct the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement project described as follows: 1980 -10 Trailways From (b. load 130 North to the north corporate limits and from Co. Road 10 South to the south corporate limits, including four (4) pedestrian/bicycle bridges along the route of the entire trailway and to observation lookouts. March 24 19801 Date Mayor Xrl ATTEST:.% clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by HERber Tony Kuefler and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Dean Nyquist, Tony Kuefler, Bill Fignar, Gene Lhotka, and Celia Scott; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
