HomeMy WebLinkAbout1980-086 CCRMember Tony Kuefler introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80 -86 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMITTAL OF APPLICATIONS FOR FEDERAL AID URBAN FUNDING FOR SPECIFIED PROJECTS BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER that the City Manager is hereby authorized to submit applications for Federal Aid Urban Funding for the following specified projects: 1. Installation of Traffic Control Signal Systems on West River Road (T.H. 252) at the intersections of 69th Avenue and 73rd Avenue. 2. Construction of a pedestrian /bikeway bridge across T.H. 100 between Brookdale Shopping Center and Lions Park. 3. Construction of a pedestrian /bikeway bridge across I -94 in the vicinity of Orchard Lane Park. April 7, 1980 Date ATTEST: Mayor The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Bill Fignar and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Dean Nyquist, Tony Kuefler, Bill Fignar, Gene Lhotka, and Celia Scott; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
