and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80 -105
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIAL PROVISIONS
FOR STATE PROJECT 2755 -61 (100 212), FEDERAL
PROJECT HHS 5`402 (13).
WHEREAS the Commissioner of Transportation for the State
of Minnesota has prepared: plans, special provisions, and specifi-
cations for the improvement of Trunk Highway No. 212, renumbered
as Trunk Highway No. 100, within the corporate limits of the City
of Brooklyn Center, at France Avenue in Brooklyn Center and seeks
the approval thereof:
NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said plans and special
provisions for the improvement of said Trunk Highway within said
corporate limits of the City, be and hereby are approved including
the elevations and grades as shown and consent is hereby given to
any and all changes in grade occasioned by said construction.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City does hereby agree
to require the parking of all vehicles, if such parking is per-
mitted within the corporate limits of said City, on said Trunk
Highway, to be parallel with the curb adjacent to the highway,
and at least 20 feet from any crosswalks on all public streets
intersecting said trunk highway.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by member Gene Lhotka, and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Dean Nyquist, Tony Kuefler,
Bill Fignar, Gene Lhotka, and Celia Scott;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
