Member Celia Scott introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80 -109
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR PLANT -MIXED BITUMINOUS MATERIALS
WHEREAS, the City Clerk and Director of Public Works have reported
that on April 29, 1980 at 11:00 a.m. they opened and tabulated bids received
for the furnishing of plant -mixed bituminous materials and said bids were as
follows:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Brooklyn Center that the bid of C. S. McCrossan for furnishing plant -mixed
bituminous materials in accordance with the specifications is deemed to be
the best bid submitted by a responsible bidder and said bid is hereby accepted.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
member Gene Lhotka and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Dean Nyquist, Gene Lhotka, and Celia Scott;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
