RESOLUTION NO. 80 -126
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR EQUIPMENT RENTAL (PROJECT 1978 -41)
W MRMS, the City Clerk and the City Engineer have reported that on
June 9, 1980, at 11:00 A.M., Central Daylight Time, they opened and tabulated bids
received for Equipment Rental Project No. 1978 -41, and that said bids were as
follows:

WHEREAS, it has been determined by
the City Engineer to
the satisfaction
of the
City Council that the bid
of U.D. Contracting is the best bid submitted.
NOW, 713ElZEEORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn
Center, Minnesota, that the bid of U.D. Contracting, in the amount of $23,100, accord-
ing to the specifications therefore now on file in the office of the City Clerk, is
deemed to be the best bid submitted for said work by a responsible bidder, and said
bid is hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOI« that the Mayor and City Manager are her y authorized
to execute a contract with said bidder.

The Mtion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
member Bill Fignar and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Dean Nyquist, Tony Kuefler, Bill Fignar, and Celia
Scott;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
