SERVICES WITH SHORT- ELLIOTT- HENDRIC'KSON, INC. FOR GBCM=C
R\IPROVIlMUS ON T.H. 252 AT 69TH AVENUE AND 73RD AVENUE
NORTH (PROTECT 1980 -08)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER that
the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute an agreement
for engineering services with the firm of Short Elliott Hendrickson, Inc.
for the design of geometric improvements on T.H. 252 at 69th Avenue and at
73rd Avenue North. The cost of said services is estimated to be less than
$10,000.00.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by member Bill Fignar and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Dean Nyquist, Tony Kuefler, Bill Fignar,
Gene Lhotka, and Celia Scott;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
