HomeMy WebLinkAbout1980-056 CCRMember Bill Fignar introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: �J RESOLUTION NO. 80-56 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF THE PRINTING OF THE SPRING RECREATION PROGRAM AND CITY MANAGER'S NEWSLETTER WHEREAS, Chapter 471.345 of the Minnesota Statutes provides for the purchase of merchandise, materials or equipment, or any kind of construction work by informal quotations when the amount of such contract is less than ten thousand dollars ($10,000); and WHEREAS, the City Manager has obtained quotations on the purchase of the printing of the spring recreation program and the City Manager's newsletter and has determined that the quotation of May -Lee Litho in the amount of $1,946.40 is the best quotation submitted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center that the City Manager be authorized to contract for the purchase of the printing of the spring recreation program and the City Manager's newsletter in the amount of $1,946.40 from May -Lee Litho.
