HomeMy WebLinkAbout1979-288 CCRMember Celia Scott introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 79 -288 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PROPOSAL FOR CITY HALL ELEVATOR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN WORK BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center that the proposal of Lindberg Pierce, Inc. to provide architectural/ engineering services for the design and installation of a passenger elevator in City Hall, for a fee not to exceed $5,500.00 is hereby accepted. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City. December 17, 1979 Date J ATTEST: J Gtlerk Mayor The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Tony Kuefler and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Dean Nyquist, Tony Kuefler, Bill Fignar, and Celia Scott; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
