RESOLUTION NO. 79 -200
RESOLUTION AMENDING THE SCHEDULE OF RATES AND FEES FOR THE USE
OF AND CONNECTION TO THE SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM OF THE CITY OF
BROOKLYN CENTER
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center
that Resolution No. 78 -61, adopted on March 27, 1978, is hereby amended as
follows:
1. Under RATES, the following shall be added to paragraph 1.
Residential:
Year
1980
September 10, 1979
2. Under FEES, paragraph 3 shall be changed to read:

The notion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
member Celia Scott and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow-
ing voted in favor thereof Dean Nyquist, Bill Fignar, Gene Lhotka, and Celia
Scott;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
