RESOLUTION NO. 79 -215
RESOLUTION AMENDING THE SCHEDULE OF RATES AND FEES
FOR THE USE OF AND CONNECTION TO THE SANITARY SEWER
SYSTEM OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center
that the schedule of sanitary sewer rates, fees, and charges as previously
adopted by Resolution No. 78 -61 be adopted in amended form as follows:

and December 31st of the year preceding.

The number of unit equivalents which are connected or for which a building
permit is issued shall be computed in accordance with the guidelines set
forth by the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission on file in the office of
the City Engineer. A summary of the guidelines is as follows:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by
member Bill Fignar and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Dean Nyquist, Tony Kuefler, Bill Fignar, Gene Lhotka,
and Celia Scott;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
