HomeMy WebLinkAbout1979-121 CCRMember Celia Scott introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 79 -121 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF SOCIAL HALL VESTIBULE ENTRYWAY AND NEW CONFERENCE ROOM ENTRYWAY WHEREAS, Chapter 471.345 of the Minnesota Statutes provides for the purchase of merchandise, materials or equipment, or any kind of construction work by informal quotations when the amount of such contract is less than ten thousand dollars ($10,000); and WHEREAS, the City Manager has obtained quotations on the purchase of a social hall vestibule entryway and new conference room entryway and has determined that the quotation of Minneapolis Glass Company in the amount of $2,330 is the best quotation submitted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center that the City Manager be authorized to contract for the purchase of a social hall vestibule entryway and new conference room entryway in the amount of $2,330 fro inneapolis Gla ny.
