HomeMy WebLinkAbout1979-164 CCRMember Tony Kuefler introduced the following resolution and rroved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 79 -164 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR STUDY OF STANDBY POWER PROVISIONS FOR SEWAGE LIFT STATIONS BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER, MINNESOTA that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to enter into agreement with the firm of Orr Schelen- Mayeron and Associates, Inc. to conduct a study of the City's need for standby power provisions for its sewage lift stations, the cost of said study not to exceed $3,900. Said costs shall be charged to the Public Utilities fund -Sewer Department. July 23, 1979 Date Mayor ATTEST: Cle k The ration for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by menber Bill Fignar, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following wted in fawr thereof: Dean Nyquist, Tony Kuefler, Bill Fignar, Gene Lhotka, and Celia Scott; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. 1
