iscussion was held on what have other charters provided on this item. The
Administrative Assistant will be asked to review and send information to
members before the January meeting.
What might be included in the Charter?

open metings for interviewing candidates
recorded votes by incumbant counqil members
majority vote to appoint new council member.
There will be further discussion at the January meeting on this item,

Awinating Committee!
The following members will serve on the Nominating Committee:
Bev Wolfe Chair
Tony Kuefler
Ulyssess Boyd
The Nominating Committee will meet on December 18th at 10 a.m. at City
Hall.
+Status of Yembershin:
Commissioners whose terns are up in 1994 may wish to apply early for
reappointment.
Ted Willard's term expires on December 1, 1993, and he can reapply for
another four years; his intent is not known at this time.
Everett Lindh's term expires an January 14, 1994, and he cannot reapply
as he has served eight years,
Susan Warner's term expires on January 27, 1994, She will be contacted
to see if she is interested in reapplying for another four years.
NEXT MEETING DATE
The next meeting will be Wednesday, January 26th at 7 p.m. This will be
the Charter Commission's annual meeting,
