QQ!nri Chairperson Commars stated that Commisa ion. ar Hildebrandt reviewed all the past information regarding this section, His roview. twu recommendations, and conclusions were provided to members in rO form of a two page memorandum at this meeting, After discussion by the Charter Commi.sion members, it was the consensus of numbers present that cur reViKOnS should address the length of an appointment, 7f over a vear, a special election should be held.
