HomeMy WebLinkAbout1984-0164 CCRMember Rich Theis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO 84 RESOLUTION RECEIVING CITY ENGINEER'S REPORT, ESTABLISHING BROOKLYN CENTER INDUSTRIAL PARK WATER SERVICE REPAIR PROJECT NO. 1984 -06 AND ORDERING IMPROVEMENT WHEREAS, the City Council has received a report from the City Engineer regarding the feasibility of repairing certain water services within the Brooklyn Center Industrial Park at an estimated project cost of $78,670.00; and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary and in the best interests of the City to complete said improvement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, that: 1. The City Engineer's Report is hereby accepted. 2. The following improvement is hereby established and ordered constructed: BROOKLYN CENTER INDUSTRIAL PARK WATER SERVICE REPAIR PROJECT NO. 1984 -06 3. The accounting for Improvement Project No. 1984 -06 shall be done in the Public Utility Fund,(Bond Proceeds Account No. 2601). April 23, 1984 iDat/%� Mayo ATTEST: The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Gene Lhotka and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Dean Nyquist, Gene Lhotka, Celia Scott, Bill Hawes, and Rich Theis; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. i�
