HomeMy WebLinkAbout1984-065 CCRMember Celia Scott introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION No. 84 -65 RESOLUTION RECEIVING CITY ENGINEER'S REPORT, ESTABLISHING EVERGREEN PARK /AREA IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1984 -07 WHEREAS, the City Council has received a report from the City Engineer regarding the feasibility of providing for the completion of the Evergreen Park improvements at an estimated project cost of $392,410.00; and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary and in the best interests of the City to complete said improvements. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, that: 1. The City Engineer's Report is hereby accepted. 2. The following improvement is hereby established and ordered constructed: EVERGREEN PARK /AREA IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1984 -07 3. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to appropriate funds from the following accounts to finance Improvement Project No. 1984 -07: Public Utilities Fund 65,140.00 Capital Projects Fund (Div. 40) 40,000.00 Capital Project Fund Balance 283,480.00 Outside Charge (Anoka- Hennepin 3,790.00 School District) TOTAL $392,410.00 4. The accounting for Improvement Project No. 1984 -07 shall be done in the Capital Projects Fund (Division 38). April 23, 1984 Datq Ma/// ATTEST: t C y? Clerk The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Gene Lhotka and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Dean Nyquist, Gene Lhotka, Celia Scott, Bill Hawes, and Rich Theis; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
