HomeMy WebLinkAbout1983-148 CCRMember Celia Scott introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 83 -148 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK PERFORMED UNDER CONTRACT 1982 -K (FUEL DISPENSING CONTROL SYSTEM PROJECT NO. 1982 -23) WHEREAS, pursuant to written Contract 1982 -K signed with the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, Northwest Service Station Equipment Company has satisfactorily completed the following improvement in accordance with said contract: FUEL DISPENSING CONTROL SYSTEM PROJECT NO. 1982 -23 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, that: Previously Approved Final Amount ATTEST: Original Award 1 1. The work completed under said contract is accepted and approved. 12,698.00 12,698.00 2. The value of work performed is equal to the original contract amount. 3. It is hereby directed that final payment be made on said contract, taking the Contractor's receipt in full. The total amount to be paid for said improvement under said contract shall be $12,698.00. October 3, 1983 Mayor The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Bill Hawes and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Dean Nyquist, Celia Scott, Bill Hawes, and Rich Theis; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
