HomeMy WebLinkAbout1983-155 CCR[J [1 Member Rich Theis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 83 -155 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH MOTOROLA FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE CITY'S RADIO COMMUNICATION SYSTEM WHEREAS, there is a need to provide for the maintenance of the City's radio communication system; and WHEREAS, the City Clerk has received quotations for the maintenance of the City's radio communication system, said quotations as follows: Bidder Air Comm Motorola Capital Electronics Quotations $715 per month $1,090.50 per month $1,265 per month WHEREAS, the City Clerk has advised the City Council that it is in the best interest of the City to accept the quotation of Motorola in the amount of $1,090.50 per month. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota that the proposal of Motorola for the maintenance of the City's Radio Communication System in the amount of $1,090.50 per month is hereby accepted. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Brooklyn Center.
