HomeMy WebLinkAbout1983-192 CCR[1 Member Rich Theis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 83 -192 RESOLUTION AWARDING INSURANCE CONTRACT WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has sought insurance proposals for the City's liquor liability insurance; and WHEREAS, proposals were submitted to the City and they are summarized and compared as follows: John H. Crowther, Inc. (Transcontinental Insurance Company) 6,185.00 James Agency (Ideal Mutual Insurance Company) $11,748.00 1 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center to accept the proposal and award an insurance contract to John H. Crowther, Inc. for liquor liability insurance for an estimated annual premium of $6,185.00. December 5, 1983 Date ATTEST: r Mayor The motion for thV adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Celia Scott and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Dean Nyquist, Celia Scott, Bill Hawes, and Rich Theis; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
