carried xnarimously.

The eleotion of officArs was bel.d. Bill Arrell was vla inated.for Chair
by Bob Johnson. Ward glen was n ominated for Vicse- chairmen by Barbara Swart.
.Toe Barnes was nominated for Secretary by Karle Zrickson. A white ballot
was cast for all candidates.
Gus Gustafson will place and article in the vaper re nding election of
officers.
Naclay Hyde discase -d his :mamas that ve3re mailed to the commi$rion mi- mbers.
He discussed his revised memos on Chapter 10. Sections 10.01, 10.03 an3 10.O4.
William brrell was excelsed at 9:30 p.m. Ward Whalen, vice chairman presided
over the remainder of the meeting.
Air. Hyde discussed Cha -otar 11 Section 11.01,
Barbara Swart was excused at 9:50 p.m.
Mr. Hyde: continued discuse fon on Chapter 21, Sections 11.02, 11.03, 11.44
11.05 and 11.06. Discussion was held on which would be the next chanter to
be discussed with Mr. Hyde.
Motion was, made by Marie 3ric som and seconded by Chwk 211chols that the
meeting be adjourned. Motion passed u mimously. The msetiog adjourned
at 10: 70 p.m.
