Jose Barnes arrived at 8:05 v.m. THOSE ABSE1 Arthur Callahan, Charles Nichols, Robert Puncochar. `.I`he- meeting was called to order by Chairman William Arrell at 8:02 p,r, The Chairman retorted that Chuck Nichols and Art Callahan would not be present. Foll call was taken. Notion yeas made by Gus Gustafson and seconded by Bob Johnson that the minutes of the November 9, 1965 meeting be approved as submitted. TvIotion carried unanimously. Gus Gustafson, Chairman of the Public relation Committee had nothing new to report. At that time, Marie Erickson mentioned that the various visitors from the League of Women Voters have asked_ that the members of the Charter Commission 'rear name tags. Marie Erickson also advised that the Lea ,-ue of Women Voters would like an organizational list of the Charter Commission members, committee assip-nments, etc., for their publication, Brooklyn Center Citizen. The Public Relations Committee will take care of this. Executive Committee report was given by Ward ldhalen. Marie Erickson moved that the Executive Committee Fe be accented and Will Zalaznik seconded the motion. 1- carried unanimously. The name of Jack Winkelman as a possible replacement for Robert Punco 'gar was proposed by Chairman Arrell. The Charter Commission consultant was ores -nt. Bob Johnson, the head of Section A, submitted questions to MaClay Hyde on Chapter 4, Sections 4,01, 4,n4, 4.05 and 407. These sections were discussed, and the Chairman suggested that the attorneys comments be noted for reference. Joe Barnes, the head of section B, submitted questions to Mr. Hyde on Chapter 5 Sections 5.02, 5.03, and 5.09. All comments on these sections were noted by Joe Barnes. Motion was made by Marie Erickson and seconded by Ray Natthys to adjorxn the meeting. Motion carried unanimously.
